A seminar was organized by Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries in collaboration with Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI), Patna Chapter on "Related Party Transactions under the Companies Act 2013 and Latest Amendments under GST Law" in the auditorium of Bihar Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
